Mother’s Day isn’t too far away and at Belle Property Central Coast, we want to take this opportunity to show our appreciation to all the amazing mothers out there – thank you for all your hard work, support, selflessness and everything you do for your family. We thought we’d put together the perfect way to spoil Mum this Mother’s Day with our very own guide. A guide designed to let Mum relax, unwind and feel completely rejuvenated.

Start the day with meditation

It’s no secret that meditation can reduce stress, but did you know it can also boost and bolster productivity? It’s the perfect exercise to clear the mind, find focus and be in the moment. Research also suggests that meditating daily can reduce stress and anxiety and can even boost immunity.

Partake in a virtual yoga class

Now that you’re focusing and are in the present, spend some time doing yoga or even some basic stretching. There are many, many mental and physical benefits that yoga provides and according to Harvard Health, even when you’ve stepped off the mat. Our friends over at Central Coast School of Yoga offer a range of virtual and online classes, both in real time or at your leisure.

Sunday spa session

Mother’s Day should also involve some self-love and self-care. Finish off the perfect Mother’s Day with the ultimate spa session. Whether it’s a bubble bath, face mask or a pedicure, Mum definitely deserves some R&R. We love iKOU’s at home spa rituals, designed to rest, relax and restore the skin, body and mind. iKOU’s founder, Naomi Whitfield has even put together a number of skin-care tutorials to assist anyone on their organic skin care journey.
